Cannes is a famous seaside resort located in the Alpes-Maritimes department. The city is renowned worldwide for its film festival, which needs no introduction. It has a reputation for being a city full of palaces and other luxury residences intended for privileged guests. Cannes is about forty kilometers away from Saint-Tropez and is also nearly 50 kilometers from the Italian border.

How to get to Cannes ?

Located less than 30 km from Cannes.
Shuttles run daily between Nice and Cannes, departing every half hour / Ligne 81

Connects Cannes to major European cities.

Dock directly in the port of Cannes, at the foot of the Suquet hill.

Access via the A8 motorway. Take exit No. 42 Cannes La Bocca or Mougins/Cannes and take the D6285, which will lead you straight to Cannes.


The city of Cannes is accessible from anywhere in France, as well as from major cities in Europe, as its train station is served by TGV, Corail, and TER trains. The TER network allows easy travel throughout the region, and the Thello network brings Italy within reach by rail.
