Podium
- Format: PowerPoint PPT 16:9 (1920x1080px)
- Please find the Power Point template below. The use of the template is mandatory.
- You may include the company or university logo only on the last slide of the power point Podium presentation, as indicated on the template. The first slide of podium should indicate the title of the presentation, authors with affiliations and presenters according to the provided template, no logo.
- Only logos representing the authors' primary affiliations are permitted. Under no circumstances are logos for professional associations or organizations allowed, even if the authors' affiliations are part of them
- Your presentation shall be prepared in advance to the congress.
- Podium authors will be contacted shortly related to the timing of their presentation.
- If you like, feel free to send a copy of your presentation to contact@ifscc2025.com prior to the congress. This is not mandatory.
- Please note that it is obligatory to present yourself at the preview room onsite at least 2 hours prior to your presentation to hand in the final version of your power point presentation. Our technical support team will be available for any questions you may have. Please note no personal computers are allowed on the podium.
- The Preview Room (Audit D) will be located on level 3. Opening hours will be the following (subject to change):
15/09/25: 7h00-20h00
16/09/25: 7h00-18h30
17/09/25: 7h30-18h30
18/09/25: 7h30-17h30
