  • Authors are asked to prepare a paper poster A0 (90cm x 120cm), Portrait format.
  • Please find the poster template below. The use of the poster template is mandatory.
  • You may include your affiliation logo (e.g. company or university) in the bottom right corner of the poster. Affiliations may also be indicated below the title and author list.

  • Only logos representing the authors' primary affiliations are permitted. Under no circumstances are logos for professional associations or organizations allowed, even if the authors' affiliations are part of them
  • Authors are asked to print their poster in advance and bring it to the congress. The organization of the event is not responsible for the printing of the poster.
  • Please ensure that you choose the most ecological option possible (no plastic or similar). As part of our commitment to a more sustainable congress, we would like to encourage you to make environmentally responsible choices when preparing your posters. We invite you to consider using recycled or FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified paper and low-impact inks for your posters. • Printed posters will be displayed for one day during the congress. The day of your poster display will be communicated shortly.
  • Please note that it is the responsibility of the author to install the poster in the dedicated area in the morning of the day of your poster display. It is also the responsibility of the author to remove and keep/recycle the poster in the end of the day. Your poster reference will be clearly displayed to indicate the exact place of the poster display.

Paper Poster Presentation:

  • Authors will be asked to present their poster during dedicated session times.
  • The poster program will be communicated shortly.
  • Authors are asked to be present in front of their posters during the designated sessions.
  • Be prepared to discuss your research with attendees and answer their questions.
  • Optional: Digital Enhancements. Authors have the option of using personal digital devices (e.g., tablets, phones) to enhance their presentations during the dedicated poster session. This is an opportunity to add dynamic elements that are not possible with a static printed poster. No sound allowed, only visual assets. Acceptable digital content include:
    - Short animations illustrating complex processes
    - Video clips of experimental demonstrations
    - Microscopic footage or other visual data
  • Videos should be concise and focused on specific aspects of the research that benefit from dynamic visualization. They are not intended to replace the author's in-person explanation or be a pre-recorded presentation of the entire poster.
  • Please note that the congress organizers do not provide any equipment for digital enhancements. It is the sole responsibility of the author to provide the device and ensure it is fully charged.
  • Please ensure that any digital enhancement is muted. Authors are not allowed to add any sound to their presentation; otherwise, your presentation will be ended immediately. Let your voice speak!

E-Poster Display:

  • A PDF version of your poster will also be displayed on screens throughout the congress venue for all three days. This allows attendees to view all posters at their convenience (on demand), even outside of the dedicated poster session times.
  • Authors will be asked to submit a pdf version online. You will be contacted in July to submit the electronic version of your poster on the dedicated platform. Please note that the deadline to submit your poster is set to be the August 20th  2025.
