The company QUINZE MAI (SASU with a capital of €3,070,884 - RCS Nanterre 302 382 858 –
42 rue Barbès - 92120 MONTROUGE), organizes the congress “IFFCS” (hereinafter referred to as the “congress”).The website “IFFCS” provides access to content related to the Congress (hereinafter referred to as the “site”).
These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) are intended to define the rules and conditions governing the use of the services offered on the Site (hereinafter, the “Services”).
These Terms are accessible at any time via a direct link at the bottom of the page.
Article 3.1 Access Conditions
Any internet user may freely browse and access the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “User(s)” or “You”).
Article 3.2 Legal Capacity
Without prejudice to special provisions applicable to the processing of children's personal data, the User must have full legal capacity to agree to these Terms. Any individual lacking full legal capacity may only use the Services with the authorization of their legal representative.
The User agrees to read and comply with these Terms upon each login to the Site.
Acceptance of the Terms is indicated by checking a box in the registration form: “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Use.” Once accepted, the Terms are fully binding on the User.
QUINZE MAI reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time and will inform the User at least fifteen (15) days prior to their effective date. The User must accept any modification and/or new version of the Terms in order to continue benefiting from the Services.
The latest updated version will always be accessible to all Users via the link “Terms and Conditions of Use” located at the bottom of the homepage.
Any substantial change to these Terms will be notified to the User as outlined in Article 15.
QUINZE MAI offers Users services that are accessible without registration (5.1) and services that require registration on the Site (5.2).
5.1. Services without registration
- Browsing the Site (access the list of exhibitors, view the event program, the list of speakers, etc.)
- Watch videos and listen to podcasts
- Read articles published on the Site
- Contact QUINZE MAI through the “Contact” section for information about services, becoming an exhibitor, etc.
5.2. Services requiring registration
- Attend conferences and events organized by exhibitors or QUINZE MAI,
- Access content recommended for the User,
- Participate and interact with other participants,
- Visit booths and participate in activities,
- Download documents from exhibitors or QUINZE MAI,
- Receive the event newsletter,
- Receive notifications and SMS during the event
Article 6.1. Registration Process
To access certain Services (Article 5.2), the User must create a visitor account (hereinafter the “Visitor Area”) by filling out the designated form and accepting the applicable contractual terms.
The User must provide all mandatory information marked with an asterisk. Any incomplete registration will not be validated. Optional information may also be provided to help QUINZE MAI personalize its services.
In accordance with data protection regulations, we collect only the data strictly necessary for the purposes pursued. For more details, please refer to the “Privacy Policy” available on the Site.
The User guarantees that all information provided is accurate, up to date, and truthful.
The User agrees to update this information in case of any changes.
The User acknowledges and agrees that the data entered for account creation or updates constitutes proof of identity and is binding upon validation.
Notifications will be sent to the email address specified in the User profile. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure its validity.
The User can access their Visitor Area at any time using the confirmation email received upon registration.
Article 6.2. Login Details
The User agrees to use the Services personally and not to allow any third party to use them on their behalf.
The User is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential. In case of loss, theft, or fraudulent use, the User must immediately inform QUINZE MAI.
Any login or data transmission using the User's credentials is considered done by the User and under their sole responsibility. QUINZE MAI shall not be held liable for any unauthorized use.
Article 6.3. Unsubscribing
The User may unsubscribe from the newsletter and/or delete their Visitor Area.
To delete their account, the User may:
- Unsubscribe via the “unsubscribe” link included in any commercial email from QUINZE MAI.
- Request account deletion by email at: data@15-mai.com. The account will be deactivated as soon as possible after receipt.
In case of deletion, the User's posts or comments will be anonymized but still visible to other users.
For permanent deletion of all personal data, Users should refer to the procedure outlined in the “Privacy Policy”.
Additionally, QUINZE MAI reserves the right to terminate the Services with at least one month’s prior notice to Users by email.
The systems, software, structures, infrastructure, databases and all content (texts, images, visuals, music, logos, trademarks, etc.) used by QUINZE MAI on the Site are protected by intellectual property laws. Any disassembly, decompilation, decryption, extraction, reuse, copying, or reproduction of all or part of these elements without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The User agrees to respect the following obligations in addition to those outlined above:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use the Services responsibly and courteously
- Provide all necessary information and cooperate with QUINZE MAI
- Use the Services strictly for personal purposes
- Respect the public order and rights of others
The User acknowledges that some services require physical attendance at the event and/or a social media account, for which they are solely responsible.
QUINZE MAI may delete any content posted by the User that is defamatory, offensive, racist, or homophobic.
The User shall indemnify QUINZE MAI for any damages resulting from their failure to comply with these obligations.
Any information accessed through use of the Services is confidential and considered intellectual property.
The User agrees to maintain confidentiality for three (3) years after use of the Services and destroy all copies in their possession.
The User is also responsible for ensuring that their employees or subcontractors comply with these obligations.
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities
- Disrupt public order or violate laws
- Hack or attempt to hack QUINZE MAI’s or third-party systems
- Send unsolicited messages or conduct commercial prospecting
- Scrape content from the Site
- Sell or rent access to the Site or its content
- Exploit the Services for purposes other than intended
Also prohibited: any action that slows, suspends, or interferes with the Site, imposes an excessive load, or undermines its security or the rights of other users.
In the event of a violation of these Terms or applicable laws, QUINZE MAI may:
- Suspend or terminate access to Services
- Notify relevant authorities
- Initiate legal proceedings
QUINZE MAI is bound only by a best-efforts obligation to provide the Services and facilitate connections between Users and exhibitors. It does not guarantee results.
Access to the Site may be interrupted for maintenance. QUINZE MAI is not liable for access difficulties due to force majeure or telecom issues.
QUINZE MAI does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or meet specific user needs. It shall not be liable for indirect damages, including loss of data or profits.
QUINZE MAI is not responsible for the availability, content, or services of third-party websites accessed via the Site. These are governed by their own terms.
QUINZE MAI is not a party to any disputes between Users and such third parties.
QUINZE MAI may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial changes.
Users who do not accept the changes may no longer use the Services. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law.
If the User is a merchant, any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
