Dear attendees,
As part of our IFSCC 2025 conference, we want to implement several measures to reduce food waste. Millions of tons of food are thrown away every year, representing not only a loss of resources (water, energy, agricultural land), but also an ethical problem when people still suffer from hunger in the world. To limit waste and better manage quantities and avoid surpluses, we encourage you :
- to only register for meals that you wish to participate in.
- to register for our event as soon as possible to be ready for the maximum number of participants to book catering.
Any surplus food not consumed will be redistributed to local associations, in compliance with food safety standards. If you have a last-minute impediment, please let us know so we can reallocate your meal. Together we can make this conference a success story in reducing food waste.
Thank you for your collaboration!
